Spar Scheduling Format;

Whenever an Arrancar wishes to spar another denizen of Las Noches, open a thread using the name of the individual being challenged as the subject for clarification purposes. After this, the challenger must wait for the would-be opponent to accept or decline the challenge- remember to show good sportsmanship.
