Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. the Official XTC Guidelines;

To preserve the nature and ideology of XTC Legacy, official guidelines have been imposed by the administration. Enforcement of these guidelines will be absolute, and anyone purposely disrupting the peace will be severely consequenced.

Anonymity;

The most essential tool in role playing is anonymity. By staying in-character, a role player maintains his/her anonymity and can function to the fullest.

Without familiarity beyond a strictly in-character basis, arguments and controversy is eliminated from the role playing community at large.

Respect & Civility;

To present a respectable image, one must be respectful to others. By upholding niceties members of the role play can freely traverse through the community without worrying about conflict and melodrama.

In-character disrespect is acceptable within reason, between rivals, if that's the character's personality.

Whenever interacting with others, be civil and expect the same thing in return. Civility keeps the peace, and paves the way to conversation and interaction.

Technical Battle System;

All role play battles must fall under one of the three facets of the Technical Battle System to ensure fairness and equality. Once a victor is declared, there is no room for argument or complaint; get up, dust yourself off.

Fighters are meant to be the protectors of civilian role players, not antagonists within the XTC community.

Civilians will be treated with respect unless the plot suggests otherwise.

Clean Content;

XTC administration does not consent to any offensive material including but not excluded to erotica, pornography, racism, slander and overuse of inappropriate language.

This is especially applicable to the O.O.C. category.

Anti-Spamming;

The community has a zero-tolerance to spamming, which purposely interrupts the flow of things. Spammers will be permanently banned.

Anti-Relationship;

XTC Legacy is a place to role play and interact with other role players, not a dating service. Every user should be emotionally detached from situations and peers aside from a sense of camradery as fellow role players.

Any in-character relationships that form in storylines must remain platonic, and their behavior within the community must be decent and respectable.
